Three months into my role as communications manager at UC Berkeley, I led the marketing and project management of this signature event featuring faculty with two New York Times writers. The high profile public forum was overwhelmingly successful—marketing objectives such as number of RSVPs, engagement and other indicators were all well-exceeded.
