Three months into my role as communications manager at UC Berkeley, I led the marketing and project management of this signature event featuring faculty with two New York Times writers. The high profile public forum was overwhelmingly successful — marketing objectives such as number of RSVPs, engagement and other indicators were all well-exceeded.
